Just connect thermodynamic and kinetic factors, mechanisms and flow of process parameters in heats
ferrous possible to plan , outline and guide the process of selective oxidation of certain metal
elements, if necessary, non-metallic elements , estimate changes of the heat with thermodynamic and
kinetic point of view. The above procedure is used for targeted reduction of individual elements from
heats on ferrous base. Studies provide an insight into the process of selective oxidation from the point
- effective interaction parameters, which can operate in complete with Cr or Mn, but also under the
influence of non-metallic elements such as C or Si. The results show that the favourable target
oxidation takes place depending on the temperature, composition of the heat, the slag and the way
oxygen supply. Rating unfolding targeted selective oxidation process is based on the determination of
the critical point of change in the intensity of the process, at which slows down the process of
oxidation of one target and begins and develops the oxidation of other elements in the heats.
