Water that is commonly used for drinking is groundwater, that appears on the surface of the Earth's crust as sources of different types and capacities, and in most cases that water is chemical, physical and bacteriological acceptable and suitable for use. In some cases, there is some blurring of water, that is the result of heavy rainfall or some human factors. The source "Kruščica", which is the responsibility of JP Water Supply and Sewerage Ltd. Zenica, has problems with the appearance of blurring that lingers long enough to affect the final quality of the water which is intended for water supply of cities Zenica and Vitez. This source has three constant active sources that are different capacity, and occasionally one active source. The problem are the two sources, which are designated as K-2 and K-3. At the moment there is no a single technology or a means for solving the problem of water blurring, and the water from the source goes directly to the tank, and then to the consumer. This is the case when there is no blur, and then the turbidity does not exceed 1 NTU. In the case of turbidity, the water from these sources is not introduced into the pool, but it is released into a nearby creek. The aim of this study was to propose a technology and/or means of removing turbidity, that would be the best way to solve this problem.
