One of the basic supplements that regulates the relationship between the base and acid components during the technological process of sintering is limestone (CaCO3). By adding the same will be made on a new phase in the sinter compounds that may have positive or negative effects on the quality of the same. To be able to fully monitor the phase transformation within a multicomponent system is not sufficient merely the results of chemical analysis , usually require real structural composition in which certain elements are present. As the best method for this purpose , of course, with microscopic, showed the X-ray diffraction method, known as the XRD method. The aim of the research conducted in this paper was to determine the effect of the addition of limestone through emerging phase compounds in the sinter.
